Cartularius offers straightforward, no-nonsense pricing to make document management on Salesforce simple and accessible. Our pricing starts at €19 per user/month or €200 per user/year—giving you two months free when you choose the annual plan. Discounts are available for nonprofits, and we offer custom bulk pricing for organizations with 100+ users.
Please note that our pricing covers Cartularius only. As a native Salesforce app, Cartularius requires additional services, such as an Amazon S3 account, for secure data storage. The costs associated with Amazon S3 are separate and not included. Additionally, to fully utilize our Office 365 integration, each user will need a Microsoft 365 subscription (optional but recommended). For advanced features like AI-powered categorization and text search summaries, integration with OpenAI’s GPT language model is also available, with associated costs.
